No Admin user after installation.

When I used the Gemini Sample Database to create my database it created about 5 users, but it didn't create an "Admin" user.

To fix I just downloaded the zip file and executed the CREATE_TABLES.SQL script in this database.

This added a "Admin" user and cleared other problems I was haveing.

The default admin user is now manager (with manager as password).
