Scheduler Service receive pop 3 Mails

Dear all

ive installed the schedulerService for to email with the gemini website. sending email is ok.

version: CounterSoftGeminiSchedulerv20_3.exe

receiving emails with the POP3 is configured and the service is picking up and deleting the mail form the pop3 inbox, but i dont found the mails on the gemini website.

how it works excatly if the service picks up the mails from the inbox, and are there any rules for the format of the emails which im sending to the gemini mailbox ?

After ive read the config excatly i unterstand how the rounting can be configured.

but i dont found the id's of IssuesType, Issues Severity, visibility, visibiltyMembertype, risklevel.

where can i found the ids to this types.. ?

Via the admin screens (tooltip is the id and description) or look at the SQL tables.
