Type, Prioirity, and Severity are duplicated after upgrade to 3.0. E.g. Bug Bug, Minor Minor, Minor Minor. At first I thought this was because the same Issue types that I already had were introduced by the upgrade however I cleaned these out and it still shows up like this on the issues. Resaving the issue also doesn't help.

Could anyone suggest a solution? Thanks in advance.
