High Memory Consumption - Memory Leak?

web-app

We're currently evaluating a Gemini installation on our Win2003 Server.

However, shortly after installing the software on the IIS, the CPU usage was most of the time on 80-100% and second by second more memory being allocated.

After setting a memory cap in the application pool to 500MB the application is being shut down and restarted around every 3 minutes.

Hope you can help me with that issue.

This is the first time we have heard about such issue.

Our own Gemini runs on Win2003 with no issues.

Is it a 64bit server? Which version of .NET is the website running under? Are you able to test on another server?

Hi,
I tried to install the Gemini on another server, and it seems to work fine so far.

Here the Details of the Servers, in case you'd like to reproduce the problem
First Server, the one where we had the problem: Intel Celeron 2.4 Ghz CPU, 1GB RAM, Win Server 2003 Standard Edition SP2 32Bit, IIS and Fileserver running on it

Second Server: Intel Pentium 4 3Ghz CPU, 1,5GB RAM, Win Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition SP2 32Bit, IIS, MSSQL, Fileserver running on it

We'll continue to keep an eye on cpu and memory usage and report any strange behaviour

Thank you so far
