Email alerts working for some projects only

Hi,

 We use Gemini 2.0.3 version at work.  I have got admin user privilage for Gemini. Recently I have noted that only for few projects in Gemini I get email alerts (when people update calls/close calls etc) and not for few other projects, I get this.

 

I tried allocating myself as Project Administrator for a project and set up the email alerts for some the Gemini users and myself for a particular project still it didnot work.  Any help on this issue will be greatly appreciated.

Can you watch an issue for these projects and update it? Do you get an alert?
