Evaluating Gemini Desktop, Screen Capture, TimeTracker and having problems...
I've got a complimentary evaluation license and running into issues connecting with the desktop client, screen capture, time tracker, pop access. The Gemini web application works fine. Is this because I only have an evaluation license? If so, is it possible for me to evaluate the rest of the features before I decide to purchase?

The eval license gives you full access to all apps. Do you have Microsofts WSE 3.0 installed on the webserver? |

I first tried 3.0 then I read in a post that 3.0 doesn't work, so I tried with 2.0 sp3 and it still didn't work. I'm upgrading to 3.0 right now.... I'm running Windows 2000 Server.

Still doesn't seem to be working even with 3.0 installed. |

Note that sometimes you have to reboot the web server after WSE 3.0 install. try running the desktop with the -dc option from the command line. It should report the actual error. |

Thank You. The desktop and TimeTracker both work now. I have 2 remaining issues: 1 - The Screen Capture is installed, but I'm not able to send my screenshots to Gemini. I get a login failed error. 2 - How do I configure the web service to monitor a mailbox?
