Hi all, I need your support with Schedule service. I'm testing Gemini before purchase it. My company needs to modify issue coming from an email before store it into Gemini. Is it possible to start a routine that could check, verify and change some field before the issue is registred into Gemini? For example, we could modify the user account that is opening issue.
