All users can't see custom status

I created a custom issue status called "Defer".  I am a gemini-admin.  However, in any given issue I can't see Defer as an option, but another user can.  I have set all other statuses as valid pre-statuses.


Is there some security setting to allow some users to see a custom status?

You need to set the PRE / POST states of the other statuses to point to your new status.
