web page errors after upgrading to 3.6

web-app

We just upgraded to v3.6. I've logged in and can do basic navigation around the website. But, pretty much every page displays a "Done, with errors!" in the notification area (bottom part of IE). When I double-click on it, the details are shown below.

Also, when I'm on the Issues.aspx page for my project, if I click any link on the left sidebar ("Issue Filter" area), it appears to navigate to a "http://[our domain.com]/controls/#" page, but then I simply get a "This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage." displayed on the page.

Please double check your full Gemini url setting? Do you have enforce URL set to yes?

Yes. That is, on the Global Settings > General page, I see (which is how it was set before the upgrade).

Full Gemini URL: http://[our domain].com/

Enforce Gemini URL: Yes

OK, I toggled the setting (to No). But, I still the get the same results

1) Done with errors, on pretty much all pages

2) 403 error after clicking a link on the Issues page from the Issues Filter sidebar. The URL in the the address bar:

http://[our domain].com/controls/#

is the url to Gemini http://[our domain].com? Is this what you have in your browser's address bar?

Yes. For example, when I click the "Home" hyperlink at the top/left of a given page, it goes to:

http://[our domain].com/Main.aspx

Is that what you meant?

Note that I'm editing out the real url and the brackets and the "our domain" part are just substitute text... Hopefully that isn't confusing things here.
