Session TimeOut expires to soon

We are running version 2.2.2 of Gemini, and every time, after a short while (it seems maximum of 1 - 2 minutes) when trying to update data, we are redirected to the login-page.

We tried several solutions given on this forum, extended all values from Session ExecutionTime, but unfortunately with no result.

Is this a known issue? Do we need to set specific values on the Server or SQL database?

Please give us the right hints or tips.

Can you post the actual error message?

Does the issue get updated? When exactly (which page and button is pressed) does it happen?
