Gemini 2.2.2 Date and Time stamp buttons gone

We just upgraded to version 2.2.2 of Gemini from last version.  The button strip that used to be visible vertically on right edge of RAD editor is missing (editor for entering issues, comments, etc).  We used the Date and Time stamp buttons, horizontal line, etc. a lot.  How do we get them back?  Nothing worse than upgrading and losing features.

You must have updated your RAD tools file. See the xml file under RadControls\Editor

If you can get the old ToolsFile.xml, just overwrite it.
