Using Gemini as a Help Desk system

I am evaluating using Gemini as a Help Desk system. In order to do that, I need a way to track my external users as callers grouped by clients. I need a way to assign a call to a called but I need a way of searching for all tickets from a specific client.

Is there a way to do this?

Unfortunately, Gemini doesn't group users.
However, what you can do is create a custom field (look up or text) called Client and when you assign the issue (call) to a user set the custom field to the client.

You can search by that custom field in the filters page.

We do this as we use Gemini as a Help Desk system.

Then we send monthly reports to our clients via SQL Server Reporting Services based on that value, works like a charm =)
