Using Gemini as a Help Desk system
I am evaluating using Gemini as a Help Desk system. In order to do that, I need a way to track my external users as callers grouped by clients. I need a way to assign a call to a called but I need a way of searching for all tickets from a specific client.
Is there a way to do this?
