We have upgraded our Gemini to 3.7.1 version and noticed little but annoying issue - user should fill in "hour" and "minutes" required fields when s/he creates an issue.
But we mostly don't use estimation fields - quite often our customers create issues by themselves, and then they have to fill in zero in these fields in order to pass validation which is a bit confusing.
I didn't  find it as configurable setting which would be nice to have. So that, I just found related .ascx and removed corresponding validation settings from class attributes.
But this is rather hack, and it would be really nice to have it fixed in future releases - have a setting in Admin part. It is our improvements suggestion.
