Custom Field window/frame size

What/where the size of the screen window to display Custom Fields in the issue is defined ?

We have one text box field of max length 10, and its window seems to be for 6 chars while the field takes longer values.

The other ones are of max 25, and their windows seem like 7 chars.

This is defined by the number of columns in the custom field creation screen.

Thanks ! I did increase - by 1 - the number of columns for the couple of fields, but didn't notice the effect. Will analyze more closely.

After some experimentation my conclusion on the size is the formula ( :)

5 + (N-1) = N + 4 where N is the number of column.
