v3.0.4: Turn off Email Notifications from Web Services CreateIssue?
I'm writing a program using Gemini 3.0.4 Web Services. CreateIssue is working great to create a new issue. However, it sends an email notification with each new issue, even when "Email Alerts Enabled" is set to No in Gemini administration. Can I configure it so it does not send the email?
