Issue Status box becomes disabled after insertion

The system does not allow changing the the status after a succesfull insertion, it becomes grey.

I could reproduce this behaviour under Gemini Adminand `Project Admin roles. I believe it affects the lower roles too.

I meant "After Issue was created and saved succesfully".

In the mean time we've found the cause of this one: the system works ok, it is caused by our modified Workflow which was not complete when defining the legal state transitions.

We can close this one.
