What is "User Data 1" ? And why can I edit it ?

Hi, we are using Gemini 3.7 and when I am viewing Issues and click on customise i see on the left site "User Data 1" till "User Data 3". I can select them and there are displayed but I can´t edit them ?

Why ? And how can I archived that.

These are extra fields for 3rd party integrations to use. You can't edit them via the web interface.

I got a question about custom field. We got got 3 custom field right now from scratch.

On of them is costumer for example. Can we insert new values for it ? Because there are only three values.

It´s a drop down box element.

You will have to add the extra rows to the database table. In 4.0, out soon, you can do that via Gemini.

Product Edition

Not sure I follow. Custom fields are user defined fields, platform and product edition are demo ones that we ship and are combo boxes (string values). Customer has been created by you.

We want to have a custom field for our project id´s.

What is the limit value for string values ?

There is no real limit, but about 4000 chars is more than enough.
