How to reference documents and how link issues in Gemini 3.6

web-app

Hey, we are using the new version from Gemini and I have two questions.

1: How do I create a link issue ? In the previous version there was always a "find" button.

In the new 3.6 there isnt one. Also the system dont react on things. I think its a bug.

In the documentation there is still the picture from 3.6.

Also there is no way to abort this task.

My seconde question ist How can I reference an uploaded file under documents within my project specific issue

See I got Documents under my project. The Document Manager in the menu of the issue creation in the edit box can be called, but I don't see my uploaded documents.

Now I have one attachment within the issue and one copy under Documents, so that I uploaded one file twice.

Is it possible to upload it once and to use a link or reference to this file then?

Thanks again

To l ink issues, click on the "Issue Links" tab, click on "Add" and start typing in the Issue field. This will run a filter and return issues that match the text entered. Click on the "Add" link again will cancel it.

As for linking documents, the only way to do this is by adding an attachment, copy the link from the view issue page and paste it in the editor.

Thanks but the old system for linking was far better. I really liked the "find" buttons because he gave me not only the issue id but the issue discription too.

This will be a very strange appoach to adding link issues because there is only the issue id displayed and when someone like me has 2500 issues in his Gemini this wont be fun.

Also a lot of users are complaining that there insert the real issue id and click on it or confirm the the return key but nothing happend.

Maybe I should contact the support team ?

The summary will show up as you type in the issue id. To enter the issue id directly, simply prefix it with the project code. eg. ACME-34

Dear Countersoft Team, we encounter a new problem in the new current gemini.

When we visit Gemini some labels are expand and due to this the startup time takes some sec.

How can we configured gemini to close all labels on start up to speed up this dialog ?

Thanks

Are you referring to the project labels? If so, this is per user. When you collapse them it will remember it.
However, it should not affect performance. Are you seeing performance issues?
