Our Gemini got Updated but now all images of the issues are gone

Dear Countesoft Team,
we got a big problem now. Your team updated our Gemini to 3.1m the new version is wonderful but now all of or images, that we uploaded are gone. We need a backup of the images only, because we got a lot of new issues these days.

I will do that, but we can´t just replace our database with the backup, because we have alot of new issues these days. I will E-mail the support. The images were located folders sort after the date of the upload. Also our head banner images is gone, but we uploaded a new one.
