Numerous Email Alerts
Hi -
We use Gemini as both a general issue tracker as well as a bug tracker for our software projects. Overall, Gemini works quite well. The single biggest complaint I get from users, however, is the volume of emails that it generates.
Ideally, when something changes on an issue, a user would get one email detailing all changes that occured.
What happens now is that each individual change to the issue generates an email. Therefore, if someone goes in, makes a comment and then changes the status and resolution, that generates three emails.
I know I can turn off some of the alerts, but I really don't want to do that. If anything changes on an issue, I want my users to know about it.
Is there a way to only generate one email, or if not, are there plans for this as a future feature?
