Moving GEMINI to new server steps

I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction, need some documentation or advice on moving a current gemini install to a new server.
the version we are running is 2.0.5. 

Also if its possible to set it up in a tier 2 setup , where the database sits on one server and the actual application on another.

if you could point me in the right direction

You need to copy the web app to a new virtual directory on the new web server.

Then backup the database and resotre it to the new database server and update the web.config file's connection string to point to the new server.
