No user can create new issues in Desktop application.

Hi. I am test driving the application for our organization and we are planning to purchase it soon. All things seem to be working fine and all features are very useful. However I am facing a major problem when it comes to using Gemini Desktop Application.

 

There was no error during installation or first login. However, no user (not even admin) can create a new issue in any project. I have checked and checked and checked and all users i have tried have the required permissions to create new issues in all projects and can do so easily in the web application. I would be really grateful if anyone could promptly assist me with this problem.

Is the create issue option grayed out?

Also, try and delete all cached data and start again (C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\Local Settings\Application Data\CounterSoft\Gemini Desktop).
