No user can create new issues in Desktop application.
Hi. I am test driving the application for our organization and we are planning to purchase it soon. All things seem to be working fine and all features are very useful. However I am facing a major problem when it comes to using Gemini Desktop Application.
There was no error during installation or first login. However, no user (not even admin) can create a new issue in any project. I have checked and checked and checked and all users i have tried have the required permissions to create new issues in all projects and can do so easily in the web application. I would be really grateful if anyone could promptly assist me with this problem.
