Hi,

I'm a bit confused about the whole new Global, Project group and security schemes.

Can someone explain to me what the best way is to achieve the following/

I want to add specific users to a project as resources. These users are allowed to view all issues and create issues etc.

How do I do this? Do I have to create a security scheme for eachproject? Do I use global or project groups? Like I said, I'm confused :)
