Issue Visibility

web-app

Other users can't see my issues.

On the project's page there are correct numbers for issues but when "issues" link is clicked none is shown.

Project security scheme gives all rights to the Global Group: Developers; Project Group: MyProject Group.
All users are in Global Group: Everyone, Everyone (authenticated), Developers, Gemini Administrators; Project Group: MyProject Group.
All issues are with visibility: MyProject Group

And only I who reports and is assigned to all issues can see them. Others see none.
Our manager wants to watch the progress through issues. What should I do to make all my assigned and closed issues visible to him?

PS Gemini 3.0.0 (Build 1955)  is used.

Can you check that the user(s) in question do not have the only view own issues permission set?

Hi,

I ran into this exact same problem too... turned out to what SaarCohen is talking about..

Under the Project Scheme there is a setting called:

Only View Own Issues
Can only view own issues (assigned)

You will want to remove any groups from this.. :)

Thanks a lot for this hint. I ran into the same problem after upgrade from 2.6.6 and searched for about 2 hours.

Best regards,

Thomas
