Project List on Home page sort order

We are using Gemini 3.0.4 and we have several projects (12) so the "main" page is quite long.  Is there a way to have the list order differently?  Possibly with the projects where you have issues at the top?

This is not possible with 3.0.4.

3.1, released last December, allows you to create project lables (group projects), so you could group all the projects with issues under one label and expand it only.
