Ajax controls don't move in upgrade to 3.6.0 to 3.7.x

web-app

Hello, I've tried upgrading from 3.6.0 to both 3.7.0 and 3.7.2 and have hit an issue in both attempts. Both times after I upgrade, it seems as though all of the Ajax controls stop working. Specifically, when I mouse over any of the top items (Administration, for example), or when i click on any of the previously editable fields in the issues list, nothing happens. Additionally, when I click on an issue, and then click on any of the meta data to edit, nothing switches to an edit box. Looking at teh system log, there are no errors. The upgrade path I've taken is the same as always in that I copy over the contents of the WebApp directory, run the three DB scripts, and finish up with an iisreset for good measure.

Any ideas?

Did you use the new web.config file?
Please check that the js folder contains javascript files.
Did you try another browser / clearing the cache?

The new web.config was put in place; the only change made was to the DB connection string. I verified that the JS folder did contain javascript files (33 to be exact). Tried both Chrome and Firefox; same result.

Figured it out, and you had it with the cache clearing. I remembered that I had previously visited Gemini in both browsers, so I did another attempt at the deployment, cleared the cache, and everything seemed to work. I've had a few users with the same issue, but giving them this advice helped. Appreciate the advice!
