It seems the feature set for 3.1 has been stripped down significantly. The test integration features which were supposed to be the major part of this release are still not in the beta, and thus I assume will not be in the release.

What is the status on these features, are you still planning on including these in the near future?

Yes, these will not be included in 3.1.

The test and QA features will be included in 3.2.
