Gemini 3 - Cannot see issues that have been raised by another user

Hi,

Gemini version 3.0.0 build 1955. 

When I create an issue as one user and set its visibility to Everyone only I can see it within gemini.  Othre users logged onto the system cannot see the issue in their menus. 

I have made sure that everyone is in the Everyone global group and that this group has all permmission in the Default Security Scheme.

Any one got any ideas?

Check in Admin --> Security Settings --> General.  Is the help desk mode setting NOT set to a group?

No.  The "Portal Mode User Group" field is set to nothing.

Double check that all users belong to both Everyone and Everyone Authenticated groups.

Hi Harvey,

All users are members of:

Developers
Gemini Administrators
Everyone (Authenticated)
Everyone

Some further information that may be of use.  We have just three users all three are members of the groups listed above.  I created an issue as Fred and another issue as George.  Both issues are now assigned to Jane.  If Jane logs in she can see both issues.  Fred and George can only see their own issues.
