Scheduler FAQ/Documentation



We've just upgraded to 2.2.6 and are trying to use the Scheduler to allow us to add Issues via email.  But there seems to be no documentation regarding how we should send the mails, or what it can do.  e.g.: We want to be able to send a mail to gemini and have it allocate the task to a certain person, but I can't see any info on how to specify who gets allocated the task is created via email.

Does anyone have any more info?

We are in the process of creating documentation for this.

If you open the config file for the scheduler, you will see a section (XML commented by default) that is for the processing of mailboxes. Enter the your POP3 details there and the relevant component etc..

commercial license users can download the code and customise it.
