Could you please estimate when 3.7 will be available? Is there any changes in web service API? Will 3rd party clients (written for 3.6) compatible with 3.7?

3.7 should be out by Friday. You will need to recompile your app against the 3.7 commons DLL.

Yes the API calls all stay the same, but you will need to use the 3.7 service manager.
