Add New Comment: Caret is not visible in text editor

I just upgraded my Firefox to 3.6 and noticed that there is a problem with adding new comment. Problem is that the editor caret is not vissible. In Internet Explorer it is OK.

Also it is OK when creating the issue (both Firefox and IE).

This seems to be a FireFox bug. We have re-created it on gmail and others with FF3.6.
