cannot synch with the web application

I have installed the new version of gemini desktop and upgrading my web application to 3.0.4 and the problem I have when i'm trying to synch for first time, the projects, issues, and all the information cannot synch, on the advanced bar i have a message that says error, but nothing else, and the information doesnt' displays on the desktop application, also i change to connected mode

From the trace messages it is apparent that you are still using older version of Gemini Desktop
Kindly please uninstall the all the Gemini Desktop versions from Control Panel -> Add / Remove Programs and reinstall the latest version from http://www.countersoft.com/Downloads/CounterSoftGeminiDesktopv30_0.exe
Make sure the new installed Gemini Desktop version is 3.0.0 Build 2059

Please delete all cached data: C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\Local Settings\Application Data\CounterSoft
