Passive issues?

Hi all! Last time we are discussing if buy Gemini for our company or not. It's great product but we need this feature: User with private issues. It means:

1. User may create issues.
2. User may view ONLY these issues (created by him). He may not view issues created by other passive Gemini users.
3. We (Gemini users, who solve issues) may view all of issues.

Is it possible with Gemini?

It is scheduled for 2.3 but we have quite a few customers who have asked for this feature now, so will probably bring it forward to 2.2 (due by July / August 2007).
