New issues aren't able to have Status updated
We upgraded to v2.1.0.2100. When we create new issues, the Status field in the table appears to populate with a value of 0 causing the Status dropdown to not even appear in the GUI. We tried to change the table default to be 1 (Unassigned), but it didn't matter as it would appear a stored procedure is populating the field with a 0 on record creation.
