Hello,

 

A couple of months ago I installed gemini 2.2.6 and with your help was able to get my clients installation functioning. ( sql 2k5 remote backend DB with gemini on IIS6 )

The final piece of work I did on this host was applying the commercial license for them, this was done with no issues.

They have just contacted me to report that when logging in as "admin" that the link to the administration page is not displayed, so effectively they cannot access any administrative options

Please advise what steps I need to take to try to resolve this.

Please check the users table in sql and make sure the admin record has the G! role.
