Wrong URL in notifications after server move

Hello,
after moving my Gemini installation to a new db server (both SQL 2005, from express to a full 2005), all is working except URLs to the application are wrong in email notifications - there's still the old server url in there.
I updated Gemini Full URL in general settings, isn't this enough?

Which version of Gemini? Try rebooting the web app.
