Hi,

 

we've created a new status called "to be tested".

I'd like to send an e-mail to a sprecific e-mail address or on a per person base, if a ticket goes into this state, so that our testing guys can start with testing, after they got an e-mail from the system.

There is no "out of the box" way of doing this.

You can write a plugin or amend the scheduler to check for your new status and email if needed.
