Licensing Question

Hello there,

Nearly one year ago I bought the smallest, commercial license available from CounterSoft for the Issue Tracking product. Your web site states that this includes one year of free upgrades for new product versions.

Recently I tried upgrading the product from version 2.0.5 to version 2.1.1. Everything went seamlessly well, except for the product key registration. In the old version 2.0.5, the product key is installed in the web.config of the web installation directory, but in the new version I have to enter the product key manually in the administration panel and save it into the database.

When I try to enter the product key in the new installation, the product won't recognize the product key. Why won't the new version accept my license key?

We have emailed the new license keys (2.1) to all customers back in March.
