Can't change the Reporter.

Hi, I'm using Gemini 2.2.6. The reporter should be able to changed on issue moving page, but I can't see reported by column on issue moving page, even my user scheme is allowed all access. Is there anyother place to configure about this or I should check?

Changing the reporter is not possible with 2.2.x. However, it will be possible with 3.0, which is out soon.
