Changing some wording. Gemini and Issue to Request

Is it possible to change all occurrences of the word Gemini to Info_Request within the application? I also need to change the word issue to request everywhere. How is this done?

To change the issue to request, simply change the relevant language XML file (en-GB).

It is not possible to change Gemini unless you purchase the source.
