Problems with a manual installation

Hello,

I did a manual installation of verion 2.21 and have not been able to get the program to work. Initally I receved the following message:

Line 2:  <configuration xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/.NetConfiguration/v2.0">

A bit of searching suggested that .Net 2.0 had not been regitered correctly so I re did that and have moved to another error:

An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed.

This is when browsing locally.

The server is W2K3 with SQL2005 installed locally. I have followed the installation document and post install directions.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Please set custom errors to off, so we can see the exception details (web.config file):
