Gemini Scheduler v2.0.1 throws errors

web-app

After installing the new scheduler service I receive in EventLog this occuring error:

System.Web.Services - Server was unable to process request. ---> You do not have the privileges to view this issue -    at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall)
   at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.Invoke(String methodName, Object[] parameters)
   at IssueServices.GetIssueComments(Int32 projectID, Int32 issueID)
   at CounterSoft.Gemini.Scheduler.EmailAlertsProcess.ProcessIssueAlerts()

In the errorlog of gemini there is nothing about an error like this. The user I use for scheduler service is Gemini Administrator and in each project Project Administrator.

Thanks for help.

Hello,

Strange!

As long as the Gemini admin account is project admin then all should be well.  The only other thing it could be is issue visibility?

yes I have some issues with visibilty <> 1.

The given user hasn't enough rights to show these issues. But this user is Project Admin, he must have rights to show every issue in this project.

Can you check to see if the Gemini Admin user you are using for Scheduler is part of all groups?

Try adding user to all groups.
