Hello,

I am trying to import into Gemini using the lastest release of the utility (2.0), and get the error message notated below.  After recieving this message, a new project called "Default(DEF)" is generated, with no issues under it.  Perhaps you guys could tell me where this error is coming from, I hope it's just an improperly formatted spreadsheet.

I am using the "gemini.xls" template within the import utility folder.  Aside from my error message, I have a few questions about the import document...

1. For "Issue Number", should I specify the companyID with it, as in "ACME-3"?  Or should I just use the next sequential issue number I would see in the database, as in "3" or "4".

2. What is the "raised by" column?  Does this refer to "Reported By" field within Gemini?  I take it this would have to be input into the excel doc as a pre-existing user, correct?  Should this field be populated with the actual username or 'firstname/lastname' format?

3. What does the "Cycle No. Run #" column refer to?

4. I noticed the spreadsheet has "comment 1" and "comment 2" columns.  Not sure exactly how these work...Can these be left blank for now?

5. Can I specify what Project these issues are imported into?  Or is a new default company always created?
