During Upgrade, after initial insert of appsettings... my whole layout goes out of whack.
Ok here's the scenario. I'm currently on version 2.0.5. I ran the 2.1 installer opting to upgrade the DB myself. This installer runs with no issues. I then go to the DB, runnings the scripts in order, in my case teh 2.1 upgrade scripts and recreate the procs. Done.
I go to log in the first time, beautiful, everything looks perfect. Until i change the 'Default Culture Name' to en-US , or if i make any changes and save, from that point on, i lose all kinds of formatting, i lose buttons, links, and i can't see any administration or header links whatsoever.
Anyone have any clue why this is occuring?
