EX: Welcome to Gemini would like to replace with Welcome to company name

Yes, this is done via the Administration -> General page.

I was under global settings=> General prior to contacting support.

I changed Welcome caption from Welcome to Gemini => Welcome to company name=> saved. and there was no change Welcome caption remained Welcome to Gemini.

Are you using the free license? You can only change the  message with the commercial or trial license.

We are using the Free 3 user 45 day trial. What other features would we not have access too as well?

The 3 FREE user isn't time limited. You may request a trial license here: http://www.countersoft.com/products/trial.aspx

The only limitations of the 3 users license is the welcome message, number of users and access to the scheduler's source code.
