I have encountered the problem twice; I post a comment  using the rad text box control;

I modify the font color and size of selected text and save the comment. Then the links on the heading bar change colors to "html link visited" color instead of the theme color ( BlueSteel).

If I exit the issue and come back to project page , the colors are corrected, but as soon as I open that specific issue, the behavior returns. 

any ideas ? could css formatting from the posted comment bleed or corrupt the entire page?
