Component Drop Down box not populating at all

Gemini Web Version 2.0.5

When trying to edit the issue on EditIssue.aspx, the component dropdown comes up empty

Looks like its not getting populated or erroring out in the code somewhere

This is being a show-stopper for IT team to go on and implement Gemini

Please make sure that you have components for the projects and that they are not locked.

Also, check the error log.

Just restarted SQL Server and it resolved on its own

We checked that the components for the projects were not locked.

Also, for future reference can you tell me where is the error log generated? is it a table within sql server?

It is a table within your Gemini database. You can view it when logged in as admin.

ErrorLog table is empty.

Have no idea what caused the components dropdown box to not populate
