Enriching 'Issue Links' functionality
Hello,
Just installed Gemini and its an incredible productiviyt tool.
We use it to track our service call/complaints in the following way:
Defined 2 projects (databases) - 'Complaints' & 'Bugs'
Upon each customer complaint I open Issue in the 'Complaints' project.
When the compaint is resolved I LINK it (outbound) to an issue (=bug) in the 'Bugs' project (this was I can relate multiple complaints to specific known system bug).
It could be very beneficial if :
1. Issues list could be customized to display these links (for each issue)
2. This 'Issue links' field will be displayed in the 'printer friendly' and 'Excel' views (+link's direction). This way one can generate customer calls statistics (how many complaints by each bug type) by filtering (in Excel) the 'bugs' project according to the 'Issue links' field.
It would be grrreat if this change could be incorporated into the upcoming version 2.1
