We do not have a document about this yet. It is included in the scheduler download and is configured within the same config file, which is quite clear. It will listen to a specific mailbox and create issues in a the project specified using the priority, type etc... specified in the config file. |

ok just so i'm clear, the issues that are created are in the same project, i.e. it can only create issues in a single project? |

You can specify multiple mailboxes to listen to (it can be the same one email with filter on the subject) each will create an issue in a different project. |
