Closed issue in offline mode

Any changes to have closed issues in offline mode?

I understant that in some projects there isn't necessary and could be critical due to a great number of isssues.

In some projects it could be necessary view closed issues. For example, closed issues of current version.

But it will be great if we could download closed issues for unreleased versions, or unarchived versions.
